IPAM is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and Italian Legislative Decree No. 82 of 27 May 2022, which refer to the harmonised standard EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

Non-accessible content
The content listed below is not fully accessible. The remaining issues are known and are being addressed through ongoing improvement.
- Colour contrast.In some text, links and prices, the brand pink colour is placed on light backgrounds, with a contrast ratio below the minimum threshold of 4.5:1 required for normal-size text (success criterion 1.4.3 — Minimum Contrast). The colour choice is tied to the brand’s visual identity; the content nonetheless remains legible.
- Heading structure.The Shop page has no top-level heading (H1) and some detail pages have two; in addition, on some pages the heading sequence may skip levels (success criterion 1.3.1 — Info and Relationships). This is being optimised.
- Dynamic components.Some icon links in the header and footer do not have an accessible name; for some dynamic components (carousels, the purchase flow and form error handling) checks with assistive technologies are ongoing (success criteria 2.4.4, 4.1.2, 3.3.1).

This statement is based on a third-party assessment carried out by assisted self-evaluation, combining automated analysis of the code and manual inspection of the pages against the WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria.
